These terms are an agreement between you and Pack3D ApS (CVR 46787404), which operates the Pack3D packing workspace (“we”, “us”), and they govern your use of it. You accept them explicitly when you create an account, and again whenever they change materially, and we record which version you accepted and when. Accounts opened before 25 September 2026 were opened with the person who ran Pack3D before the company existed; the company has taken over that service, and these terms apply to those accounts too.
The service
Pack3D arranges 3D-printable models onto a build plate and returns a packed file. It is still evolving: features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.
Your account
Registration requires your explicit acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 to buy a paid plan. Keep your sign-in details confidential; if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that includes keeping that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may be subject to usage limits (for example a trial job quota or a queue cap); any limits that apply to you are shown in the workspace. Tell us promptly at contact@pack3d.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
Paid plans
Parts of the service are free to use. Where a paid plan is offered, the price, the billing period, and what the plan includes are shown before you subscribe, and are what applies to you.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; the service stays available until then, and we do not pro-rate the remainder of a period.
- Price changes. We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your renewal, so you can cancel first.
- Failed payment. If a payment fails we may suspend the paid features of your account after telling you. Your results and account are not deleted because of a failed payment.
- After a subscription ends. Your account and your stored results remain; the plan's paid limits and features stop. You can still sign in, download what you have, and delete your data.
- Taxes. Prices on this site exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, checkout adds it and shows the total before you pay. It does not apply to a business customer elsewhere in the EU who gives a valid VAT number (the reverse charge).
Right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from the subscription without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract here” button in your account, or tell us at contact@pack3d.net, before the 14 days are over. We confirm receipt by email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Checkout shows a notice beside the button that pays: by subscribing you ask us to start the paid plan straight away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the days you already had the paid plan. We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used.
Downloading ends the right. A packed plate is digital content delivered to you. The first time you download one under a paid plan, we ask you to agree that we deliver it straight away and that you lose your right of withdrawal once you download it. If you agree and download, the right of withdrawal ends and the plan is not refunded. We confirm your agreement by email. You can still cancel at any time so that the plan does not renew. Viewing a layout in your browser is not a download.
Model withdrawal form. To Pack3D ApS, Brandsbjergvej 88, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark, contact@pack3d.net: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: the Pack3D plan named here, ordered on (date). Name, and the username or email address of the account. Date.
This section does not apply to business customers. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Outside the withdrawal right above, payments are non-refundable. That said, if the service did not do what we said it would, write to contact@pack3d.net and we will sort it out. Packing jobs that fail for reasons on our side do not count against any allowance on your plan.
Business customers
A business customer is anyone who uses the service for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession. Everyone else is a consumer, and if you are unsure, you are a consumer. A business customer says so at checkout by giving the company name and VAT number.
If you use the service to pack models belonging to your own customers, you are the data controller for those files and we act as your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request from privacy@pack3d.net. Our processors are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Upload only files you have the right to use.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, including files for making weapons or weapon parts that are illegal where you are, and designs you have no right to copy.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to get around its security or access controls.
Your content
You keep all rights to the models you upload and to the packed files we return to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process those files to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
Our service
The software, the packing engine and this site belong to us. You may use them as the service offers, but not copy them, take them apart to recover how they work, or extract their results in bulk by automated means.
Reporting illegal content
Your files are private to your account and are not published by us. If you believe a file or account here is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to contact@pack3d.net with what it is and why. We may remove content or suspend an account for that reason, and we tell the account holder why unless the law forbids it.
Feedback and ideas
If you send us a bug report, an idea or other feedback, we may use it to improve the service, freely and without owing you anything for it. This covers the feedback itself, not your models: attaching a plate image to a report is your choice, and it is used only to handle that report.
Third-party notices
Packed files prepared for Bambu Lab printers may include printer configuration data derived from Bambu Studio (github.com/bambulab/BambuStudio), © Bambu Lab and Bambu Studio contributors, licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. Bambu Studio embeds the same data in its own project files; it is what lets a packed file open with the right printer already selected.
Warranty
If you are a consumer, the service must be as described on this site, and you have the rights the law gives you if it is not. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If you are a business customer, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
For everyone: packing output is a planning aid. Always review a packed layout before printing. We check layouts for overlap and for the clearance you set, but we do not promise that a layout is free of every fault or that it prints on your particular printer, material and settings.
Limitation of liability
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer because we broke these terms, where that loss was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss to a business you run.
If you are a business customer, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost time, failed prints, wasted material, damaged equipment or lost data, and our total liability for all claims arising in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 (or the same amount in the currency you are charged) if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intent, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Availability and data
We provide no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, and job history is pruned over time. Download any results you want to keep, and keep your own copies of the files you upload. If you have a paid plan and we discontinue it, or change the service in a way that makes it worse for you, we tell you at least 30 days ahead where we can, you may cancel, and we refund the part of the period you paid for and cannot use.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from the account page (or ask us to do it at contact@pack3d.net). We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or threatens the service, and we tell you first unless the matter is urgent. If we end a paid plan for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there, and you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet). Disputes with business customers are for the Danish courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we update the effective date above, tell you by email if your address is confirmed, and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Until you accept, you can still sign in, open your jobs, download your results and delete your account, but you cannot start new jobs. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
If you have a paid plan, a material change applies to you no sooner than 30 days after we tell you, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Corrections and clarifications that do not change your rights or obligations take effect when they are published.
